As Bilingual Therapist, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by providing clinical services and individual, family and group counseling to clients of the Idaho Youth Ranch.

Must Haves:
o Master’s degree in a human services field: social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
o Licensed as LMSW, LCSW, LMAFT, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, or PhD
o Bilingual in English and Spanish
o Familiar with other services and resources within the Hispanic community and work closely with them to provide information and support when required outside of the clinic

Our Bilingual Therapists:
o Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions
o Utilize therapeutic techniques that are trauma oriented, evidence-based, and age appropriate
o Prepare psychotherapy documents encompassing all patient care and ensures mental health forms are complete and accurate
o Provide assessments that are consistent with the age group and population involved, demonstrates full understanding, and identifies mental health issues

As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
