As a Campus Maintenance Supervisor for our Hands of Promise Campus, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by providing clerical, administrative and operational support for the program.

Must Haves:
o Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
o Must be at least 21 years of age
o Must have a valid, state-issued driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
o Professional skills in carpentry, construction, landscaping, irrigation, electrical, mechanical and general facility maintenance
o Friendly in nature, willing to assist all levels of the agency
o Team and agency focused attitude

Our Campus Maintenance Supervisor:
o Evaluates physical, mechanical, and structural aspects of facilities to ensure to safe operation
o Performs preventive and emergency building repairs and maintenance
o Oversees and performs remodel, repair, construction, and installation projects as directed by the Regional Director
o Schedules and oversees work of facilities and grounds maintenance contractors and vendors
o Assists with the development and implementation of facility and grounds maintenance policies and procedures
o Performs rough and finish carpentry and related construction work
o Supports other maintenance and grounds staff in the performance of select maintenance and construction projects
o Oversees and performs grounds and agricultural repairs, maintenance and tasks.
o Provides and attends training sessions as directed
o Creates reports as directed on maintenance, grounds and construction projects
o Responds to emergency calls for various systems
o Completes and documents facility and grounds work order requests
o Supervises grounds and maintenance staff
