Must Haves:
• Three years experience performing skilled repair and maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, building maintenance, and grounds related work; using specialized tools and equipment associated with trades indicated.
• Experience interpreting architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical diagrams, and plans and specifications;
• Ability to operate a tractor, skid steer and other farm equipment as needed

Our Campus Maintenance Supervisor:
• Evaluates physical, mechanical and structural aspects of facilities to ensure to safe operation
• Performs preventive and emergency building repairs and maintenance
• Oversees remodel, repair, construction, and installation projects as directed by the Director
• Schedules and oversees work of facilities maintenance contractors and vendors
