Position Description

As the Warehouse Worker you will be responsible for staging, loading and unloading processed and donated goods. Other responsibilities will be stocking and maintaining distribution inventory and receiving all customer donations.


Greeting donors and unloading donated goods
Writing receipts, handing out company literature & thanking donors
Assisting warehouse contract labor, staff and drivers with loading and unloading trucks
Operating balers and compactors
Maintaining equipment and forklifts to ensure they are in working order
Driving delivery routes when needed
Maintaining warehouse racks, straightening material, filling empty bins and scrubbing floors as needed
Ensuring pallets are staged in proper shipping lanes, processed boxes area stacked on pallets according to categories
Removing products from staging lanes to designated areas
Distributing goods to the outlet store and as-is yard areas
Keeping the warehouse clear of debris including waste disposal areas inside and outside grounds by regularly sweeping and emptying trash receptacles.

Must Haves

Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid Idaho’s driver’s license, driving record must be acceptable.
Previous distribution center or warehouse experience preferred
Forklift certified or ability to be certified
Must have basic math, reading and writing skills

Physical Requirements, Mental, Equipment & Working Condition Elements:

Working conditions are normal for a warehouse environment temperatures 0 – 100 F
Potential hazards exist regarding machinery such as forklifts, pallets jacks, conveyors, and other mechanized systems.
Candidate must be able to regularly safely lift 40 lbs.
Noise levels in all areas are within acceptable ranges.
The position involves repetitive motions over the duration of an entire shift, including standing and walking and repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting
Safety equipment, gloves, closed toed shoes are required
